Usually i like this place, today i mobile ordered a bagel and tea, they gave me coffee instead :( had to throw away. They link they gave me to share my experience doesn’t even let me submit my feedback!
This place is absolutely abysmal. Chronically understaffed, and lines that stretch across the entire building. At one point I waited 14 minutes in line for a damn coffee. And that’s not to mention the staff grabbing food with their bare hands, and dust and dirt everywhere. And I bet you they won’t change a thing. The owner will just respond to this with a link to a feedback form like always. I know it’s the only place nearby for a coffee, but consider going elsewhere.
There are always broken machines, no food serving after 2 pm and no choice of other snacks.
