I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location in RRC Notre dame. I ordered vegetarian food, but it smelled like it had been cooked with chicken, and it even tasted old—possibly a week old. When I politely complained, the manager was extremely rude and actually yelled at me, saying, “It’s Monday, so it’s fresh.” As soon as I took my first bite, I felt sick and ended up throwing up the food. I don't like the Manager here . She is very rude to us. She even don't know how to deal with customers. She alawys in rush . She also rude with employees too.
Not a good place to visit always there food smells bad and mess up with the orders upon complain the manager herself rudely answered, don't even care about customer service, rude with customers and employees too. Won't recommend anyone
Food is good but manager is too rude in busy time she behaves very bad even someone ask for something about tim points or anything she don’t gave attention. Bad experience with manager
