Went to this Tim Hortons today to get some drinks and ended up coming out with no drinks because I gave up on waiting for an employee to take my order. Went in and waited about 10 to 15 minutes while 4 employees walked passed and ignored me. Then two employees hid around the corner to chat to one another, while the other two continued their tasks without acknowledging that I was waiting in line ready to order.
I've had my order messed up here multiple times, but my last visit was the worst. I waited about 30 minutes for a latte. When it was finally ready, the woman I believe is the manager/supervisor (who was veryy rude) refused to give it to me because she misread my initials. I told her it's mine, but she insisted to wait. Of course no one else claimed the latte because it was clearly my order. Another staff called the initials again, and when I said again that it's mine, she finally gave it to me.
