This time hortons is one of few, where the owner is hands on and working the drive thru window consistently. I was a very avid Tim hortons customer but refuse to go to most because the “brand” has very much lost site of “customer service” This store is quite opposite they thrive on providing their guests with the very best service and 1 of the only time hortons I choose to attend! Great job sir, and GREAT leadership.

My fav tims in Greater Sudbury! The owner is very generous and kind - and someone who's always working alongside staff to help them with the day-to-day, hands-on work like the drive thru window!! It's rare to see these days. Always the best service!!
