On June 21th, I ordered the Supreme Steak sandwich, but it was missing bacon. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Rupal, who promptly looked into the issue and assured me that on my next visit, I could mention it to the front staff and they would take care of it. On July 6th, I returned and ordered the same sandwich. I showed the staff a picture of the previous order and mentioned Rupal name as advised.
