Rude customer service
I had to face a bad incident at this place today. I asked for dozen of donuts and when ever I buy from any other locations. I get a chance to choose it. But this lady who served me asked "mixed" or "not". I replied her "mixed" the she came with a dozen with her choice. And argued with me when it "mixed" she choose on behalf. And argued for 5 mins. Note: Management should make her understand "mixed" doesnot means in any dictionary as "choosing on behalf of".
