The service at this tim hortons is extremely slow and the employees seem to not know what they are doing. Three times I have gone, ordered a drink and waited 10 minutes for it to be made because they forgot about it even though I just ordered it.

I just experienced the rudest service ever at a Tim Hortons. Went through the drive-thru ordered a coffee and a bagel. The woman has the payment thing out in my face and I asked for the scanner to scan my points she scans my points and immediately has the coffee in my face. I said I have to pay you first she said oh yeah I was just getting my card out to pay and she was pushing the machine into the car I tapped the card and I was putting my card back in my wallet and she's got the coffee out and the bagel out so here's her h... read more
