I really love to visit here. I often visit here and crew members always welcomes with a beautiful smile. They listen to my order properly and I always receive my correct order. Thank you so much all crew members for making my whole day worthy.
Jocie at this location is by far the sweetest and most warm employee I've ever met at Tims. I visit this location daily on my way to work to grab coffee. I place order through the app, and before I come into the store, she always has my order ready with a smile to pick up. Excellent service and keep up the good work Jocie !
Rude staff waiting unattended for 5 minutes although they see me
Iced coffee cup not filled up. When I asked the lady if she was going to be filling that up her response was “we got direction from management this morning that this is the new standard”. Not going to argue and give a hard time to someone just doing their job, but Tim Hortons and Management team need to do better.
Awful workers! I ordered something on drive through first I had to repeat my order 10 times for them to understand, then they gave me a complete different drink!!!! They were insisting this is what you ordered! I told them it’s not, I ordered something else, and she said well that’s what we heard so just take it!!!!! It was super rude, crazy and unacceptable. I have never seen such service!
