I ordered a wrap and got a 3 inch long wrap which is half the usual size. I confronted them about it and all of them said that it is the usual size. They are always rude and provide incomplete orders. Worst tim in the city. Very had experience.
Jasmine (one of the really amazing staff here) is truly outstanding. This location can be busy but she continually has a smile on her face. Since I get my coffee here most mornings, seeing her & the consistently good coffee is a great start to the day!
I have been here multiple times before school and the service is terrible every time. The workers always talk down on my friends when they order and always mess up my orders and blame it on me. I'm so frustrated that at this point I'd rather wait in the long line in the trades building for better, more reliable service where they actually respect me.
💩customer service, extremely frustrating.
Horrible presentation, staff refused to remake my drink that was made wrong and missed my sausage in my double stacked croissant, which was given to me cold and upside down. Terrible service and too defensive
