I'd give a zero, if I could. Arrived at around 0940, no line up in drive through, im the third person in line. after 8 to 10 minutes of waiting, the first guy in line still had not yet been served, so i turned around and left. thank you for saving me money.
You honestly don’t even deserve one star, but I had to give one because there is no zero option. We ordered through Uber for customer pickup and your staff asked for our name, then suddenly said we should show the order number while the manager started yelling at us. The staff seemed completely confused and unprofessional. On top of that, we were even asked if we had a red bag after clearly saying we were customer pickup. Worst!! We ordered on uber for CUSTOMER PICKUP. We went and they asked for our NAME then proceeded to tell us they don’t have our order the old lady there was shoutingg saying acting like she knows everything. Then the MANAGER came a guy then he was yelling at us saying you show us your order number not name . When it was his employee who asked us for the NAME and when we showed him our phone he said u don’t show us the phone you show us the number??? Like you were listening before.?? Incompetent, rude, useless staff all around. Go to any other Tim’s in town- you’ll thank yourself.
