Very sad looking farmers wrap not to mention screwed up our coffee yet again
Its not as good as it once was. Hate having to repeat myself multiple times
(November 3, 2025, at 11:10 PM): I had the worst experience ever at the drive-thru tonight. The staff was extremely rude while taking my order. I tried to order an Everything Bagel and steeped tea, but was told the toaster was down for cleaning. When I drove up to the window, I was handed a cup of tea that was cold as water. Even after I politely said “thank you,” the staff member made an unpleasant face. This is my third bad experience at this location, and I’m not sure why the service keeps getting worse.
