I come here every morning for a tea and croissants consistently for the last 6 months. The 5 ladies and 1 gentleman that work the morning and afternoon shifts are so friendly. I go inside and stand there watching and they always put such care into the orders and thank god they stir the contents of the cups thoroughly. They are very pleasant with lots of smiles and say "have a nice day". No rushing to pay, no rushing to say your order, no extreme rushing to complete the order.
