Customer service is non-existent at this location. And I’m not talking about how long the food or coffee takes. I’m talking about a simple transaction that happens without eye contact, acknowledgment, or even basic manners. I always make it a point to smile, say thank you, and wish people a good day. Almost every time, there’s no response or acknowledgment at all. What happened to this industry? Basic customer service used to matter. This is exactly why I refuse to tip for counter service.
