The service in the Timmy's is really slow. Came in no line up and I waited over 10 minutes get to my simple order of a coffee taken. Iwaited getting pretty impatient while being completely ignored, I almost left but waited it out was served my coffee pretty fast once I finally got service. I left after drinking my coffee to 5 people in line and the 1st person raging about also waiting 10 minutes to get their order taken. There was only a self-serve bar for hot beverages such as hot chocolat and coffee... nothing else. Advertising this lacklustre "Tim Hortons Express" as a "Tim Hortons" on Google Maps is flat out laughable.
The only reason I did not rate anything else is I did not stay due to no plugs to do some work on my laptop. It was a normal Tim Hortons busy morning rush.. but the only Employee who acknowledged me with eye contact and not avoidance was someone who It was her first day. I asked if there were any available plugs and she said she did not know as it was her first day.
