Where to begin. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Since this restaurant has renovated and downgraded to window pick up service only the customer service has declined drastically. Whether you’ve placed a mobile order or not- staff simply pretend they can’t see you. A line up of one single customer or a line greater than 5- it doesn’t matter you may as well be invisible. Worst Tim hortons ever. Slowest ever. Useless to go during lunch hours. They are the only ones in tne busy area so they don't even care . Tim hortons should open one more store near this location. Big brains who recently renovated this and merged 2 lanes into one and making it the worst and slowest location in Timmins.
