Go to this Tim's on the Regular, they usually mess up the latte. But I'm only writing today because I was handed a latte that was spilled over (not the first one spilled over) and instead of cleaning it up. Staff put the whole latte with the dirty cup into Tim's coffee cup. That's just pure laziness....they need new staff or a new manager. 25 of July 2025, went in again to get a latte with extra vanilla and caramel. They lady double charged me for caramel and acted like it was normal. Last time I truly support the place........ read more

As expected of a franchise, this one was good.
way too much of a focus on uber than mobile orders. placed a mobile order and waited 15+ minutes before anyone acknowledged the wait… said they were brewing coffee but the people who had all ordered in store after me rec’d their drinks. asked to speak to the supervisor as my order time crept up to 20 minutes. and other customers commented on how it seemed like they were ignoring me. further adding salt to the wound. super disappointed with my experience to say the least.
