Worst tim hortons location I got my 15th wrong order from this location always missing items
My experience has been amazing here. I walked in this morning, A crew member named Manasa welcomed me with a smile on her face. She had proper dress etiquette and answered all my questions patiently. I got a Boston cream and french vanilla there, She made sure to follow proper standards while packing it and the French vanilla was very accurate. She also asked me if I have tims rewards card while I was paying which is indeed giving attention to detail. I'm happy with the customer service 😄.
