Hi I would like to talk about the store front person, her name is Bindu.She explained me about the icedcaps and the different flavours. (Funny story:I myself ordered the wrong iced capp one day i went to her hoping to get replaced she smiled and immediately changed the drink to my preference after consulting her supervisor.) Even my family members will do the skip and the way she says the skip or Doordash drivers to have a seat always melts my heart. She is my personal favourite.
Today, I went there for my everyday drive thru tea, and Navneet served me today at the window she had such a sweet smile, and she was very welcoming

Extremely disappointing experience — and it’s not the first time. I went in to order a coffee and a snack, and once again, they gave me the wrong item. When I pointed it out politely, the staff member was rude and dismissive. Sadly, this seems to happen all the time at this location. The staff are consistently unfriendly and show no effort to provide good customer service. It’s frustrating as a paying customer to be treated this way. Management seriously needs to step in and improve how this store is being run.
