I’m lactose intolerant, and even though I specifically said no cheese, they gave me a sandwich loaded with cheese. On top of that, they gave me a medium coffee instead of the large I actually ordered. How hard can it be to get it right???
Pire expérience en terme de service que j’ai reçu de toute ma vie! Après avoir commandé sur leur machine j’ai attendu 15 minutes sans avoir de nouvelles. Je suis allé voir à la caisse pour expliquer mon problème à la caissière et elle ma complètement ignoré en disant que ma commande n’est pas dans son ordinateur et c’est tout elle est reparti sans même chercher à m’aider alors que j’ai payé et que j’avais la preuve sur mon application bancaire.
