I'd say they improved their staff and training. Brayden had great customer service!

Nice hospitality and and always getting fresh coffee
Just went through the drive thru, asked for a large ice coffee and a chicken habanero wrap. The girl at the window ignored me and a boy gave me an unmixed ice coffee and a wrap with Zero chicken in it. Before I could ask to get my correct order she laughed and shut the window in my face. Disappointed in their customer service
