Tables not wiped, floors where ok, could not follow order. I asked for 10 and 10 on timbits and got all 1 kind. No soup, said they out, at 1645pm. I have had better experience at other close Tim's.

I think this is one of the worst timmies ive ever been to. Because its a busy place, theres not much selection of donuts etc. But somehow The donuts etc that are left over are always old, even though its a busy place. Doesnt make sense. The donuts are also all poorly made. Cheap on the glazing and sprinkles or whatever else the donut might have. Just sad looking treats. Super busy location but they are as fast as they can be considering. Their drive thru in the morning is fast and I consistently get my order on time and accurate. Erin knows me by name at the window and tha makes my day every time.

My husband and I come through drive thru every morning on the way to work and I'm constantly pleased to never wait long or have to correct any of our orders. They get it right all the time!
