Had a small miscommunication on a drink, and instead of just fixing it the lady cursed under her breathe because she had to make a new drink. Understand people can be having bad days but this was a horrible experience.
If I could leave a 0 star i would today. The customer service was horrible. Whoever the driver thru girl was was very unpleasant. I did not appreciate the tone and the service. She didn't even have the courtesy to greet when taking the order and couldn't be bothered to mark my cups so I know what is what. I understand there wasn't any roll up the rim for the medium cups but it would have been nice to be informed at time of order (2:09 pm) but she was too busy gossiping. seeing as that was the reason for ordering, I inquired;... read more
