Had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. I ordered an egg and cheese English muffin with a hashbrown and Chipotle sauce, but the staff member seemed confused and kept looking at a guy named Manjinder. He came to the window and said she was new and couldn’t understand the order. I waited about 10 minutes, and when I said I was getting late, he rudely closed the window and said they wouldn’t take my order. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful—won’t be returning to this location.
