Another poor experience. The pattern is they take your $$ and then you wait - sometimes they don't even fulfill your order!! I only ever order a coffee and donut - simple and easy. I waited a while for it to be completed and then noticed others coming and going. They had "forgot" the order. This can happen, but it is not unusual at this location. Simple order, one job, but no result. I won't go back. Sad, as it is on my walk and I want to keep it as part of my routine. But who needs that level of frustration.
They serve very bad coffee.horrible experience.tasteless just like a hot water.I will never visit again.
Horrible experience. The lady who serving us has extremely bad attitude. Not even a smile on her face. I ordered a knife and she left it on the counter instead of putting in the bag. Please before hiring any new person give them some training like how to treat the customer. Thanks!
Went there around 11:15 am through the drive thru thought I could get breakfast no breakfast I thought I would try the new stacker it said 3 different cheeses there was no cheese I had to wait out front for it which took 20 minutes I had ordered 2 sandwiches no bag I have a grease stain on my seat yes I asked for a bag you shouldn't have to check your food before you go I look at the reviews you have more bad than good you would think owners would see this and do something about it
