I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons. On Sunday, August 9, my wife and I visited this location. I ordered a pizza, while my wife had a wrap. Early Tuesday morning, I developed a fever and diarrhea, which lasted until Friday. My wife had no symptoms. Since we normally eat the same food, the main difference that day was what we ordered at this restaurant. I can’t say for certain that the pizza caused it, but the timing is concerning. I hope the store can take this seriously and improve its food hygiene and safety.
I stopped at the drive‑through this morning for a coffee and had to repeat my order three separate times. By the third time, the staff told me not to raise my voice, even though the issue was simply that they weren’t listening. This shouldn’t be happening. Tim Hortons has changed over the years, and the current staff clearly lack the customer service standards the company used to be known for.
