Incompetent employees I got my crispy chicken wrap wrapped incorrectly! and i paid for a $9.00 wrap! I have worked food service and this is completely unacceptable. The employees speak rudely saying “you owe me $_” very bad! How can they wrap a wrap this bad and then put paper on it to hand to a customer
I understand that there is a 10-cent charge for a cup for tap water. However, the female employee only filled the smallest cup halfway. Since this is simply tap water, I find this difficult to understand. This type of behavior toward customers may negatively impact trust in the Tim Hortons brand. I believe customer experience and fairness should be treated with greater care.
