Service is quick and the staff are generally kind. My only gripe is that toasted items are often not toasted enough, and sometimes orders are not 100% correct. Overall we've had a good experience.
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons, thanks to Beant. She was very polite, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and treated with respect.
