I made mobile order and I had to wait until they servers whole customers even after that I hade to remind them to start making my order, terrible experience though.
Place is really clean and environment is very friendly
Staff not knowledgeable or was not trained how to modified my order when asked. Staff stated that it can bot be done. Tables were not cleaned and had left over food and clutter on floor. Staff using personal phone while making food when asked is this how you prepare food while using personal phone she stated that I changed the glove but we were watching her she used the same gloves and was quite afterwards. Probably the slowest service out of any Tim Hortons locations even when it’s not busy. On several occasions I have had to wait 20+ minutes for a drink. Orders are sometimes wrong with missing items.
