Stood in line for 15 min and watched in shock as chaos unfolded before my eyes. Tragic as this Tim Hortons in the heart of White Rock was once one of my favorite Tim Horton's as staff used to be hardworking high school , college students and locals looking for a part-time job. Instead because of the Foreign Workers Program, I watched staff because of their ESL skills making numerous mistakes concerning customers order's.
