Last time I went through this drive through I ordered and paid for a churro ice cap. After waiting a few mins guy gives me my ice cap and say "sorry we have no whipped topping" . I question why I paid for something before they knew if they could make it or not. He says I can give you a Tim bit....I paid $6 for this churro ice cap they couldn't even make properly. Do better Tim Hortons and start hiring Canadian youth too, enough with the FWP.
I got 2 Boston cream donuts, and they both in one bag. One was upside down and the other one was facing up i had to wait till I got home to take them out of the bank and all the chocolate on top of the Boston cream. I was destroyed. They should have had put them in to boxes.
Manager is excellent at her job and great with guest
They never have cold brew available or the signature donuts. If you don't have it don't have it on the menu. Can't wait till Dunkin donuts comes back.
Everyday same working route and same coffee shop, same order evryday and almost same drive thru staff to serve.. have seen always smile on staff members. Friendly..
