Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. When we went to place our order, none of the employees were at the front counter they were all in the back, busy talking to each other and listening to loud songs. When they noticed us, they all started looking at each other as if deciding who should come and take the order, which felt very unprofessional. On top of that, I noticed none of the staff were wearing caps or hairnets, and one employee with a beard wasn’t wearing a beard net either. This is a serious hygiene concer... read more
