Happen on 9th April 2025 about 3.10 pm Spend $21.65 from Mastercard. Very disappointed with the service today. The girl at the drive-thru window who first approached me was extremely rude and showed no sense of customer service. Another staff member eventually came and handed over my order instead. When I got home and checked my sandwich, I was shocked at how poorly it was prepared – it looked a mess and completely unappetizing. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Tim Hortons.
