I went through the Tim Hortons drive-thru this morning between approximately 10:00–11:00 a.m., and I have to say, this was one of the rudest drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The employee taking my order was extremely impatient, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There was no “Hi,” no “Hello,” and no basic courtesy. I visited Tim Hortons, where Harman attended to me. I ordered an Egg Farmer's Wrap and a Steeped Tea. The people are great, the atmosphere is pleasant, Tim Hortons' products are excellent, and the staff is friendly.
