If i had option to tate zero i would have. The girl with the mask on was very rude. While asked for a toasted croissant she literally gave me a burnt croissant. When i politely asked she frowned and told me "ITS TOASTED," i again politely said i wanted toasted not burnt. Both sides were burnt. She kept on repeating that thats the way they toast. I’ve had the same issue multiple times at this location. Every time I order a less sugar coffee, one particular female staff member seems to add 4 pumps of sugar, which makes the coffee much too sweet. Today, instead of remaking the drink, she poured some coffee out and added more coffee to dilute it. I appreciate the effort to fix it, but I hope the staff can pay more attention to the sugar level requested by customers and prepare the drink correctly the first time.
There’s a bunch of people working today but I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for just one farmers wrap, very disappointing kind of managing this location Just saying
I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons today. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly, polite, and served everyone with a smile. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested, and the food and coffee were fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service and great teamwork made my visit enjoyable. Keep up the amazing work
