I brought a $1 coupon that I got from filling out a survey and the cashier denied it to me saying it’s too late and they can only take it from this month. I just used a previous one I had yesterday and they took it but she was just making her own rules and I was in a hurry so I just left. I went to another location later and they took my coupon so I don’t know why she was giving me problems for no reason. Please educate your staff on your rules and customer service. She gave me unnecessary problems and wasted my time.
Extremely rude crew members! Kids wanted some donuts and first thing within first 20 seconds I heard from her is that, "we are closing in 20 minutes". Got in at 7:40 pm and came out at 7:41. And while leaving she thanked us for leaving. Suggestion is, if you don't like what you do, better leave it.
In brewed coffee no other time hortons charges for steamed milk. But this time hortons said we will charged for steamed milk. The coffee was already cold due to 4 milks in brewed coffee. Kindly do not charge of steaming milk in coffee to get the hot coffee. Who gives hot coffee as cold one if ordered hot coffee. And charging for this is so bad on this specific Tim hortons in Surrey central location inside the mall Hardly mobile order is taken care of at this location.
