Mherely is always warm, friendly, and consistently provides excellent service. She makes great coffee every time, and friendly!!
The line up is almost always 15+ customers long, sometimes surpassing store limits curling around the corner of the mall aisle yet despite this, there is only ever 1 cashier working even with an abundance of employees working. On more that 1 occasion, I have asked to speak to management to raise this ongoing concern as all 3 tills MUST be open and by failing to do so is not only not fair to the customers, but their over worked employees as well.
