I visited this Tim Hortons location at 8 PM and placed my order via the mobile app for two chicken wraps—one loaded and one regular. Upon arriving at the store, I was shocked to find out that they had stopped serving food for the night. The staff informed me that the kitchen was closed, and only a few bakery items remained in the showcase, despite the store itself staying open until 9 PM. Worst customer service, EVER! I simply asked them for more cream cheese and was willing to pay for extra, I eat a bagel everyday from other locations and never saw cream cheese spread that thinly before, don't know why they're cheaping out on the cream chs they ain't even buying🥲🤣then they gave me attitude after asking.
