Chelsea is a great manager, keep the Store clean, she is a quick and the team member are friendly and quick service
They Always get the order wrong. There is like 7-10 people on shift at a time, & yet it takes 20 minutes for them to take the orders of the 3 people in front of me, then make me stand at the register & wait more for them to take my order because they are so busy chatting. Then it's another 10+ to get a coffee & donut! Ridiculous how much chatter is going on instead of order taking & making.
Very slow, it took me 20 minutes to get coffee, there was only 2 person in front of me.
