They never have ice! And today they don’t have medium cup as well! Was waiting in the line for so long!
Excellent customer service
I don't think I've ever seen a Tim Hortons mess up this badly but essentially, I was trying to order something with a total of $9.48, thinking I was able to pay partially with cash, then partially with a gift card that's on the app. I ended up needing to pay 9 dollars cash since the employee told me to scan my phone to pay, then to give the coins. Every time I use this drive-thru, I end up getting harassed by people hanging around the area. They come up to your car asking for money, and if you ignore them, they start tapping on your window to get your attention. It’s uncomfortable and honestly feels unsafe. What’s worse is there are often people openly smoking crack right behind the drive-thru intercom, and there’s garbage everywhere. It’s a terrible look and completely ruins the experience.
