The staff was so unhygienic. The cashier kept cleaning and made me repeat my order 3 times. The bagel i received had water on it. The hot chocolate was not even mixed. My first sip and i got all powder in my mouth. The staff was unhygienic. One of the staff was fighting over the mispronunciation of her name. Highly unprofessional. Never coming here again.
We wanted to customize a wrap, and they refused to.
Went through drive thru this morning and we ordered drinks and 2 sausages farmer wrap. The girl at the window asked us to pull to the side to wait for our wraps. It’s been 15 minutes so I went in and asked for our wraps. The few younger employees who didn’t take our order said they already gave it out but I was trying to explain I went through drive thru but thankfully the older lady said she’ll make it. Not a sorry once from the staff. If your going to make us pull over to the side please don’t forget🥲
Tim Hortons raises their prices and blames “inflation” while getting subsidized, through Canadians tax payers, to pay for their temporary workers staff. What you are paying is actually a lot more than what’s on your receipt.
