Came home with my bagel toasted with nothing on it, not even butter… when we asked for toasted with herb and garlic and my hubby didn’t even have an egg on his breakfast sandwich…. I know it’s simply but please pay attention this isn’t the first time we have received the wrong order/wrongly made item.

I'm sorry but I will not be ordering food from your location again. This morning in drive thru the person taking my order was not listening. She took my order wrong twice and I did correct her. After I received my breakfast sandwich it was not what I ordered, I went back thru drive thru and once again told her I was just here etc. She tells me it is what I ordered LOL already late for work and tired of explaing what I ordered ( she didn't speak English well ) I get my bagel and park to eat it and it was gross.
