The lady who served us was very friendly—she greeted everyone with a pleasant attitude and wished people a good day as they left. It was 10:40am on a Wednesday, so it wasn't very busy, perfect time to sit inside and have a hot breakfast wrap. A bit chilly sitting inside, so bring a sweater. Bathroom was TINY but clean.

Terrible customer service you sit at the speaker for like 10 minutes just for them to be rude , this has happened to us quit a few times and its always the same dude

I have to say this is my least favorite Tim Hortons. I have been in store when the managers has to tell staff to wash their hands, they run out or or just don't have product more times than I can count. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat yourself your oder is never correct .They are a staff of very few who care if they get the order right, have good customer service or have product. It's an awful place to go for any reason

Stopped in during a road trip and waited about 7 minutes without being able to place an order. It seemed like only one employee was handling both the drive-thru and in-store customers, so I don’t blame them—but the store clearly needs better staffing.
