"I had ordered a biscuit, and they gave me one that looked like it had been packaged as leftovers from someone eating it. It was split in half, and the top part was all crumbled/broken apart. When I tried to piece it back together, I noticed several pieces were even missing. I was so appalled that I called to complain.
