Just want to share my experience from today. Person in kitchen was really rude. I asked for an extra butter and she gave me look and asked to wait for 10 mins and when she got the butter, she said I have to open the box for your 1 butter. Very rude behaviour and lack of basic manners. ruined my lunch.
I've gotten sick from this locations food twice now. First time I was unsure, but second time I watched them reheat soup that had sat out cold. The employees always appear unimpressed with customers, and lie about how much time it takes to make something to get out of making it. I go out of my way to give the benefit of the doubt to customer service workers, because they really don't get payed enough to care a whole lot about anyone's experience. Reliable if you want something from Tim’s. Not as good as the Guildford Mall one simply because the other store in the mall has Raspberry Jelly Timbits which is rare for 2025.
I went to tim on saturday evening @6:40 pm whoever the supervisor was took my order i ordered veggie cilantro wrap but they made it as chicken wrap the staff and supervisor both were so rude and didn’t accept their mistake ridiculous place i have ever visited bullshit
Bad service and they are very rude and mean people there I’m not happy at all.
