The lady working at this location had a really bad attitude. We came to the store to buy coffee on May 5, 2025, around 3:00 PM, and the cashier was yelling at her coworker. I understand that working in this kind of job can be exhausting, but that doesn’t justify humiliating a colleague in front of customers. If she needed to correct her, she could’ve done it in the backroom. Is this the kind of behavior Tim Hortons tolerates? Mrya and diya gave me excellent customer service. Both are very sweet .
The Pineapple Dragon Fruit Frozen Quencher is really bad; it's just very sweet with no other flavor. The place wasn't clean; there was garbage on the floor. When I asked for the restroom key, she just walked away.
