The customer service was great. There was one employee named Amarjit. She made my drink well and was friendly to chat with.
First time in a very long time to go to a Tim Hortons. Disappointing, got in line, waited, cashier just disgusted and started working on orders. No, I'll be right with you, nothing. 5 muns passed, tried to wave her down, she decided to just not look my way anymore. A lady in a different colored shirt came, she ignored me as well.
