I don’t want ti leave a negative review but I am so fed with them messing up with my orders each time whether it’s coffee, wraps or missing items. I do not have the energy to call and complain each time. This is my most convenient location but I guess it’s time to go to a different location as I am wasting my money on wrong food. I wish I could Sue Tim Hortons for this worst service that no body should deserve. I understand mistakes happen but it’s unacceptable these many times.
Kindly teach your staff to how to hreat greet customers, this morning I went there drive thru 06.55 am , she didn't even look at me no repeat order or confirm order just pulled debit machine to charge then keep chatting in their own language with colleagues, handed me order . Not bothering at all . First time bad experience.
Rude service on the drive through. Mumbling and unable to properly articulate in English.
