I visit Tim Hortons daily and had a great experience today. Staff member Jassie assisted me and provided excellent customer service. The food is always good, and the service is great. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and my order was incorrect. The coffee tasted burnt and the place wasn’t very clean either. I usually like Tim Hortons, but this visit was frustrating. I hope the management improves the service and quality soon.
I ordered at the till and the person was nice. I asked to redeem points and she said yes. Then ordered my drink and she said, sorry you collect points, you can't use them. I was confused but didn't make a comment or anything just moved over to wait for my drink. After a while I staring looking, am I standing in the wrong spot because its just a tea.
