After waiting for 15 min for a mobile order and listening to screaming and slurs finally got the order that was already made and under the counter. The Timbits where stale and rock solid as well the Jelly had turned black from sitting in the glass case for who knows how long just disgusted by this tims. But at least the staff was smiling.
Purchase a medium coffee this morning just 3/4 cup. I wonder why we have to paid a full price? Service and staff is not consistence, no smile or greeting this morning.
Last week I ordered two bacon and egg english muffins and it cost me just over $10. Today, I ordered one bacon and egg english muffin and it cost me $8.69. Not sure what is going on at this location but it will be the last time I ever buy from them. There is no rhyme or reasoning to their pricing. Unreal. And the manager argues with you justifying charging almost $10 for one small English muffin which he said was special. It wasn't.
