I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons. The customer service was awful. They didn’t give me my full order, and when I politely mentioned it, the staff member insisted she had given it to me (which she didn’t) and had a bad attitude the whole time. I was speaking to her nicely, but she was rude and dismissive. On top of that, the place was really dirty there was coffee spilled on the floor and it hadn’t been cleaned up. Definitely not the kind of service or cleanliness you expect when you’re paying for your food.
Fiance brought back my Earl Grey Tea still hot and delicious
The worst customer service, they didn’t give me the sandwich I asked for and they made me pay extra for the one I wanted, I also paid for whipped cream in my ice Capp and they didn’t give me whipped cream. Also had the worst attitude, kept arguing with me and overall the worst experience ever. Hire better employees or don’t hire at all.
