I ordered a bagel 2 bagels actually and broth revived a tiny spoon sized cream cheese on top..
They blatantly refused to redeem a TimHortons discount code today. They said it is old. However, the code is valid for 30days and I am definitely within 30days. I think this store sell so much and earn so much that they don't give a damn.
We ordered two steep teas . But the staff was so lazy moreover not putting sleeves on cups. Even after waiting for 5 minutes,the tea was stale and super cold. Super disappointed because we were the regular customers. 😞
Worst service .. employees were more concerned about closing rather than customers. Will be complaining to rbi
