I ordered an ice capp, hot chocolate and 2 bagels. Everything was fine and what I asked for except the ice Capp. When it was handed to me it was a very dark colour, a noticeable difference to another one sitting on the counter. When I tried it, it was very bitter. I asked if they could make me another one. Instead of providing costumer service, she argued with me for a while then reluctantly made me another. Seriously this kind of service than kick off all this student who doesn't have any manners. One indian lady wearing spectacles so rude for 3 cents. And filipino guy threw the sleeves whn i asked it. At 3.10 pm dated 25 oct 2025.
I went to this Tim Hortons location today and had a great experience! The coffee is always delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of the better Tim’s I’ve been to!
There was a huge line and none of the workers came to the till. They saw us made eye contact but did not bother to take orders they just busied themselves making the orders. I don’t have an allergy to tomatoes but I feel sick after eating them and requested no tomato. The order came out and there were tomatoes. Her solution was just to take them out.
