Jul 6, 2026, 11:13 AM EDT I ordered a medium tea with cream & sugar at the drive through. I noticed they had not put the ST on the lid as they usually do. I asked if it was tea. The server stated yes. I proceeded to work. Once I got to work and sipped my drink I received a coffee. This is not the first time this has happened. Hi, I bought a garlic pastry today. It felt hot on the outside, but when I took a bite, it was completely frozen inside. My experience was really disappointing because I was expecting a properly heated and fresh item. Could you please check the temperature of your frozen food and make sure it is heated properly before serving it to customers? I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality control.
