"I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the service slow and inattentive, but I also found a foreign object in my drink. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their hygiene standards. I will not be returning and advise others to proceed with caution."
Absolutely disgusting. Mr. Manager, you should be ashamed of the state of this store. Cold coffee, rude employees that always get your order wrong and overall smelly and unbearable. You're serving food for crying out loud. How can you let this happen?
Attention Manager!!!! Some ten minutes I exited your food chain, with a digust feeling!! Explained to attendant the muffin I requested yesterday was not warmed up and neither was there any butter! At the window I had to repeat myself to attendant ' bingle " or 'pringle' and I quote verbatim how the conversation went: 'What time did you come here, coz the lemon poppy seed muffins were sold out early afternoon " told her I don't recall the time, but definitely came before that.
