This place sucks worse than the wind outside…. Unless your vehicle fits thru drive thru then it’s top notch. Money grab versus customer service
please dont ruin Tim Hortons. Asked for a everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. Looked like someone took the tiniest scoop of cream cheese (smaller than the tip of my pinky), and spread it on one side and not the other. It wasn't toasted. I get it its a night job and you must be exhausted but can you try a little harder? I was craving this all day and just got off work so hungry. 🥹
Around 2045 hrs I was waiting in the line to order and sorry to disclose one of the associate first initial D. She was super rude with the customer although she was at fault. He ordered a wrap but instead she made a bowl for him because she was low on rice. Instead apologizing she asked him in bold rude language to take a refund and kept on arguing. My husband is a trucker and everyday complains about her customer service. Just because that location and tims is easy access for truckers and have no choice and have to swallow ... read more
