I visited the Tim Hortons in Gravenhurst, Ontario, today around 10:00 p.m. and tried the Crispy Chicken Sandwich for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The sandwich was cold and did not seem fresh. I took only one bite and had to throw it away because I couldn't eat it. I understand it's late at night, but if fresh sandwiches can't be prepared at that time, please don't sell them. It only wastes customers' money. I was disappointed with my experience at this location. First, I had to wait much longer than expected for my order. When I received my order, I noticed there were no tissues available at the front. As the employee was handing me my order, I politely asked for some tissues, but my request seemed to be ignored and no one acknowledged me. Customer service and attention to customers could definitely be improved.
The employees there are great the were on time with my order and the food here is so good
