Because it is the beginning of the school year I expected the Tim Hortons to be slightly slower than normal, but definitely would not have come if I would have known it would be this slow. There were two staff members on duty, and only one of which were trained. At one point the one who was trained left so 5 of us were waiting for over 20 minutes for drinks. I understand that staff need to be trained, but an untrained staff member should not be left alone while there is a line up of customers.
Great Tim’s! Haven’t had any issues. No complaints!
