“Once again, the bagel had barely anything on it and wasn’t toasted, even though my son specifically asked for it. We only realized after we were too far away to return. This might seem minor, but when it’s the only thing he ordered and it keeps happening, it’s unacceptable and very frustrating.”
Always excellent service and fresh food. Usually if we’re in the drive thru and forget to order an item we just accept it and move on. Today however one of my children was having a rough day and really wanted a pumpkin muffin. I inquired at the window if we could quickly add a muffin to our order and the very helpful staff made it happen very quickly. I want to thank them for their diligence and kindness. Shout out to Faith at the window and the staff member (sorry I didn’t get his name) who quickly grabbed the muffin.
