Even with the drive thru closed they still manage to screw up multiple orders, clearly they don’t comprehend that 2 means 2 items. Several people walked out with the same issue with in a 10 minute window. Why bother having to locations when they equally suck and the staff clearly isn’t properly trained.
I've gone here twice, and both times I've had my order completely screwed up. First time my order was forgotten about entirely and I waited for over 15mins before I got my order after several others after me had been served, which made me late for work. Second time they put in the order correctly and I paid for what I wanted. Then they gave me something entirely different from what I had paid for.
Walked in at 6:30. Display was pretty bare. Service was extremely slow. Bathroom was not clean.
