Rude customer service again by your staff Phuong. This guy is racist! He smiles and greets white customers. While he treats different oher race! I've been here in Yellowknife for a year in 2023 and I'm back again and guess what. It's unfortunate that he assisted us today. He always rushes me to pay even before. I experience an awesome service accurate and fast
The staff were not customer focused. Spent more time trying to throw out nuances guests than focusing on the customer. Took me 5 minutes to get service, then was handed order and the employee took off before I could ask for a cup sleeve.
