I’m so happy I downloaded the Too Good To Go app! I reserved a surprise bag from the Tim Hortons in Sooke (6660 Sooke Road) for just $5 and was absolutely thrilled with the box of baked goods I received. Truly, the staff were so kind and generous—it was such a great experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for being part of this wonderful initiative. This location is always busy on the weekend/long weekend. As a Store Manager myself, I'd anticipate that and schedule more staff. With that being said, things were running slow do to large food orders, totally understandable but wait times were long. The lady with the red hair came out probably 10 minutes into my wait in the cafe and really stepped in and got things going, orders organized made sure people who were waiting the longest were prioritized and confirmed their orders.
