Service needs help, listening to what the customer wants is a major factor in customer service. Not giving the customer a chance to scan for points is stealing. Start doing your job properly, or consider getting a job that doesn't require customer service.
One thing you can count on here, terrible service is always consistant. Service is slow and with an attitude. If the staff is so miserable here, go home. Hand washing, never seen it. I have seen staff go from cash and lobby duties to food prep w/o changing the one pair of poly gloves that are never changed likley they're whole shift.
