I was going to go grab some breakfast and some donuts but I needed to use the restroom first (didn't want bring my food in the restroom so I headed to the restroom but apparently you jave have to get a key first (probably not the way Tim Horton did business) There were about 8 people in the line at the counter so I did the math and realized I'd have to be there until my next birthday because there's only 1 person working.
The order taker was very rude and unprofessional. And then when I tried to tell the person at the window, she shut the window and ignored me, very unprofessional environment here. I used to work at tim hortons and I know the standards, their workers should be held too. This is very unacceptable and not like Tim Horton's I've never had such rude employees. Don't recommend coming here.
Tim's Horton is of course not gourmet but still does the Job on the go. Service was quick and the person was nice.
