I waited for more than 30 mins just for 3 hash browns. I was right there watching them prepare hash brown for people who ordered after me and whenever I asked they just responded “we are too busy” whereas they was talking to each other laughing and giggling. And when we demanded it firmly, it took let than a minute to give us the hash browns. The manager and the new cashier were really well spoken and polite whereas the other staff were rude!!
