Was a quick stop to pick up a bite to eat. The place was semi busy but the person that got my order was professional yet polite with a big smile on their face
This place is very clean and have tons of friendly staff i recommend going here
I travel every day from Edmonton to Camrose for work, and after a long, exhausting day doing drywall, I stop at Tim Hortons to get a Chai Tea Latte. This is the third time I’ve ordered it and received a Double Double instead. It’s really disappointing and frustrating to keep getting the wrong order after such a tiring day. More attention to accuracy would make a big difference for customers like us.
A horrible place to get tea the night shift employees can’t even take a simple tea order and then they get upset when you want them to correct it do better
I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on an English muffin combo with a hot chocolate and when I got home, I found out that there was no bacon on my muffin and my hot chocolate was only 70 percent full. Unreal. Can't even get a new one because I drove all the way home before opening it.
