Ordered a toasted jalapeños and cheese bagel with cream cheese and sausage. Instead, I received a barely toasted plain bagel cut in half with an uncut sausage in the center? The staff is always rushing, especially in drive-thru. Just gotta slow down to actually understand your customers. (asked for extra cream as they said what i got was just a regular, when they handed me my iced coffee back they added more sugar and didn’t even stir the drink)
