I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered 2 Crispy Chicken Sandwich through the drive-thru on July 21 at around 8:30 p.m. While eating it, I found a piece of plastic inside the sandwich. This is a serious food safety issue and could have caused someone to choke or get injured. I hope Tim Hortons takes this matter seriously and improves its quality control to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
One of the worst Tim Hortons ever no proper service no proper training for the employees, Eveb after placing an mobile order for a regular coffee it takes solid 10 minutes regardless of the crowd in the store
