The employees that serve the drive through part don’t listen to the orders carefully, and ask you to repeat your order ten times.
Both my partner and I had stale donuts. Staff couldn’t help with my issues with the reward system (ended up being a basic issue with the reward “level” that I fixed myself). My order wasn’t received until I asked after 3 people were served ahead of me. Asked for toilet paper in the toilets (none in any of them), 90 mins later, still none. Terrible service. Refuses to take orders and takes ridiculously long to make orders.
Crappy service drive through, plus they don’t have my coffee and don’t have my donut.total waste of money, went home tasted the coffee it’s just like water no coffee in it , they don’t even check the coffee mechine if it’s out of mixture or not , what a waste waste of time and money.
